Cato Hansen: New Key Account Manager at LCA.no

LCA.no strengthens its sales team with Cato Hansen as the new Key Account Manager. Hansen started November 1st this year and brings with him valuable experience from Amesto Solutions and Visma. His role will be central to the development of LCA.no’s global partner network, with ambitious goals for future growth and distribution of the company’s innovative EPD solutions.

An Exciting Opportunity in a Growth Company

Hansen, who hails from Trosvik in Fredrikstad, has followed LCA.no with interest for several years.

– I find LCA.no to be a very exciting company with a well-timed solution. A great idea at the right time – A Fredrikstad-based company that is set to take on the world. Being a part of this, at the very core of what’s happening, is really cool.

He saw the job posting and felt the time was right for a change.

– Coming from the technology side, I see this as a huge opportunity – LCA.no offers a much more efficient way to produce EPDs. It frees up time and resources that our customers can use for generation og value instead of vasting time in an Excel spreadsheet.

Hansen is impressed by the company’s growth in recent years.

– LCA.no has grown tremendously in recent years and now has a solid platform for further expansion. It’s motivating to be part of this journey, he says.

Focus on Global Partner Development

Hansen’s main task will be to develop LCA.no’s global partner network.

– The goal is to sell 70-80 percent of our software through partners by the end of 2027. The market is young, so the potential is enormous. This is also part of a plan to increase turnover tenfold within the same timeframe.

He highlights several advantages of LCA.no’s cloud-based solution.

– The software is cloud-based, accessible on all devices, scalable, and suitable for everything from small businesses to large corporations, says Hansen.

– Many new requirements, both national and international, demand digital solutions for Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs), in particular the upcoming requirement for product certificates. And we are right in the middle of it, with a time- and cost-saving solution.

Hansen brings experience and partner thinking from his time at Visma and Amesto.

– I come from a background in sales of ERP systems and systems in general for the last 20 years. This gives me a solid understanding of how to build and develop a successful partner network.
